What are the Xbox Ambassadors?
The Xbox Ambassadors are members of the community, just like you, from all over the world who love Xbox LIVE® and are willing to help where they can. Ambassadors can be found on the official Xbox.com forums or playing on Xbox LIVE.What can Ambassadors do for me?
Ambassadors can help you get answers to simple questions about games, your console, and Xbox LIVE. When they can’t help with a more complicated question, they can point you in the right direction:

Official Xbox Support Twitter account, @XboxSupportPlease note that Ambassadors will NEVER ask for your username and password (always keep that secret). Also, please do not contact Ambassadors about other gamers you encounter who are misbehaving, trolling, etc. For those situations, please file a complaint against the user by using the complaint system within Xbox LIVE. But, if you have any problems navigating the complaint system, an Ambassador can help you!
How do I become an Ambassador?
